SBS 2000 upgrade to SBS std or premium 2003

  1. Client I have now has SBS 2000 would like to upgrade to SBS 2003 - like to know main differences between 2000 and 2003 and if 2000 is currently working for them why other than security upgrade for their 15 CALs.
