    Hey folks,
There's a special effect that occurrs in Rumble Fish that I can't figure
    out.
Matt Dillon and Nick Cage are standing in front of the plate glass
window of Bennies pool hall. You can see their dark reflection, but behind
them in the glass are rapidly moving time lapsed clouds.
How did they do this? I don't think it's chroma keyed.
    Any opinions?
    Eddie

What makes you think it's not chroma keyed?
