Routing for offsite DSL

We've got a satellite office that we've decided to minimize internet traffic coming through our regional office by providing an on-site DSL line for internet use. We'd still like to have all the internal applications run through the WAN link, just filter out internet and send it out the DSL line.

    For hardware, we're running a 4507 core switch (10.0.57.3), a 3600 router (10.0.57.1), and an 827 DSL Router (10.0.57.45).

Would a static route be fine for this, or would I want to just use access-list based routing? Where would I put the routing, I would think it would go on the core, but I'm not 100% sure.

    Any suggestions/comments/ridicule is welcomed.
