Review: Acer Ferrari 4005 spoiled by unnecessary stickers

    But, just for once, they do actually come off easily. I think the carbon
    fibre finish means they've not "bonded" to the surface as well as they
    usually do - two of them came off cleanly enough that I was able to
    reattach them on the bottom of the laptop (the XP logo is made of metal
    and doesn't take the bending necessary to remove it well).

    i guess people write about what they know. he doesn't know anything
    about laptops and has never been to a store where there are rows of
    varying models on display, each with their own "advertising stickers".

    we should take up a collection and send him a bottle of goo gone or
    something as for sure he's peeled them off by now..

  6. Yup, all three came off clean. And the trick for the XP one is dental floss,
    preferrably the teflon kind. Just carefully work it under the sticker and
    then work it all the way down till it pops off, unbent. :)

  7. I don't have problem with stickers on my laptop or CPU, well, not until they
    begin to fade, which is a long time. Its not a review really, just someones
    pointless opinion.
