    I am having an issue with one of MSFT's websites. I guess
    people may want to look into it or have a webmaster
    review.

    I go to:
    http://www.microsoft.com/retail/default.mspx

    Then I go to: http://retail.microsoft.com/retail/pup/
    This is where the slllloooowwwwnnnneeesss begins. It is
    way too slow for anyone to even want to register, let
    alone want to even consider training in order to
    represent MSFT when selling it's products.

    If and when I do connect to that site I then click on:
    http://login.passport.com/login.srf?
    lc=1033&id=30845&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fretail%2Emicrosoft%2Ecom%
    2Fretail%2Fpup%2Fstore%
    2Easp&tw=14400&kv=3&ct=1078405358&cb=site_id=3&ems=1&ver=2
    ..1.6000.1&tpf=c04a1bf95a7d36dc9e2325225abbf937
    or
    http://retail.microsoft.com/retail/pup/contact.asp
    or
    https://loginnet.passport.com/ppsecure/post.srf?
    lc=1033&id=30845&ru=http://retail.microsoft.com/retail/pup
    /store.asp&tw=3600&kv=3&cb=site_id%3d3&cbid=30845&ts=-
    788&da=passport.com&ver=2.1.6000.1&tpf=9717a79aa55bc461f47
    affdadcbb5ab4

    It is not connecting to any of these sites.

    If I do connect to the first one and after I type in my
    Passport Password and hit enter I get this adderss on my
    browser:
    https://loginnet.passport.com/ppsecure/post.srf?
    lc=1033&id=30845&ru=http://retail.microsoft.com/retail/pup
    /store.asp&tw=3600&kv=3&cb=site_id%3d3&cbid=30845&ts=-
    788&da=passport.com&ver=2.1.6000.1&tpf=9717a79aa55bc461f47
    affdadcbb5ab4

    It will stall for an incredible amount of time.
    I have been on this for 35 min. already...and I have a
    Lan running. I have looked on your knowledge base
    regarding these issues and have had no luck. Can someone
    get back to me please.

    Thank you,

    Jaime
