restricting access on a VLAN

    Can someone give me a quick example or a link on how to restrict access on a
    VLAn. I want to setup some VLAN's that can only talk to certaiN IPs/Ranges
    of IPs.

    I'd like to have samples on how to do this in IOS and CatOS if possible.
