Replicate File Directories

    How can you copy current file directory structure
    without having to copy any of it contents in Win2k?

    xcopy source destination /T /E

    Type xcopy /? at the command prompt for all the options for xcopy.
    Remember to put quotes around paths that have spaces in them.
