I have a Speedtouch ADSL Router 510 with 2 computers connected to it. When I
install Remote PC or PC Anywhere they both select the internal IP-address
from the router: 10.0.0.151 and 10.0.0.151. I can't give in an other
IP-address. Now is my question: What can I do to make these pc's remotely
    acccessible?

You would need to enable 'port forwarding' in your router to forward the ports
    required for pc anywhere.

Do NOT use the default ports for pca.
