If you have a friend you can get hooked up with RealVNC. You have a DSL
IP, if your friend has a fast connection too, s/he can work your
computer and troubleshoot it remotely. -- http://www.realvnc.com/ VNC
(Virtual Network Computing) software makes it possible to view and
fully-interact with one computer from any other computer or mobile
    device anywhere on the Internet.

The basic services of geeksontime are 24/7 inhome or inoffice services,
but they also do an online version --
http://www.geeksontime.com/remote_home.html Through the magic of our
easy-to-use/secure software, you can watch our trained professional
technicians connect to your PC and navigate through the issue and
quickly resolve it. We can do remote virus and spyware removals, provide
training on software programs, troubleshoot networking issues, diagnose
a hardware or printer issue, or provide you with specialized expert
consultations on a variety of technical issues.

I think that such as geeksontime is expensive.

Interestingly, my own provider EL provides a $99 total fee guaranteed
remote spyware removal service for EL and non-EL customers.
    http://www.earthlink.net/software/premium/cybercheck/ EarthLink Cyber
Check offers convenient, remote removal of dangerous and frustrating
spyware and viruses from your computer. No need to wait for a house call
or bring your computer in. Cyber Check will fix your problem over the
phone for a flat fee of $99-with GUARANTEED service.

VNC sucks, way too slow. Use Radmin instead.

    http://www.famatech.com/products/comparisons/index.php Radmin vs Real
VNC - Many users have asked us to compare Real VNC and Radmin. We are
providing this comparison but the best way to evaluate Radmin is to
download it, it's only 1.85 megs in size. The 30 day free trial version
is fully functional. -- Features of Radmin vs Real VNC <snip>
