    Anybody managed this? With my E61, I'm getting pretty close, but failing
    with auth:

    WARNING[12445] chan_sip.c: username mismatch, have <6018>, digest has
    <6018@fqdn>
    NOTICE[12445] chan_sip.c: Registration from '<sip:6018@fqdn>' failed for
    '212.183.136.193' - Username/auth name mismatch

    Note that the E61 appends the FQDN of the server to the username. I have
    tried creating the SIP peer as 6018 and 6018@fqdn, to no avail. Any ideas?
