Hello all, I'm hoping someone can help me fix this. It's not a critical error, but it's driving me nuts.

I was toying with winrar and some freeware programs, trying to find a way to browse unextracted zip files, and now when I open something in winRAR, the ".." parent directory link is identified as "File Folder", and any folders in the rar are identified as "File" under the Type column. Both also have no icon associated with them, and ".." was identified as "Local Disk" yesterday.

I haven't the faintest idea how I caused this or how to restore it. I have tried restarting; uninstalling and reinstalling; uninstalling, turning off the computer, and then booting up and reinstalling; and none of those worked.

While I was tinkering with it, I also registered and unregistered zipfldr.dll a few times.

Any advice on how to restore winrar to its original function would be appreciated.
