    do they need to remove old elm telegraph poles, too? ;-)
    Or can they concede that a tree Trunk (alone) is not a visual obstruction?

    Seems highways have a similar problem... and fear of taxing people has left
    a lot of hedges in need of a pruning. And what you need to Do to read the
    STOP sign behind them...
