If you want to make a music cd and have it be a recording of your voice that
you can play on a cd player you need to get a wave editor like Cooledit and
a computer microphone that plugs into the microphone jack of your soundcard.
You could use Windows voice recorder but it doesn't have as much features a
a better program like Cooledit. You press record on the wave editing
program and talk into the mic. When you have said all you want then you
save it as a wave file at 44100 for the best cd sound quality. Once you
have recorded all you require you burn it as a music cd and it will play on
a cd player. If you just need it to play on a computer rather than a cd
player you can record it again as a wave and save it on a data cd but this
will only play on a computer.
