    Two exams - 70-292 & 70-296 to upgrade from MCSE 2000 to MCSE 2003.

70-292 gets an MCSE 2000 the MCSA 2003 (whether they have MCSA 2000 or not)

Both exams gets an MCSE 2000 to MCSE 2003
