    Hi,

    I have to agree to everything that has been said about Best Buy. Many a time I
    am there just to see an item that I intend to by on the internet and hear the
    BS they feed customers that don't know any better.

    Topping the line of ripp offs is the sticker I saw on and external USB hard
    drive saying "Let us install it".
