    "Here's your solution.



    From disk 5 copy the the entire D:/Program Files dir, the D:/Win dir,
    and bootstrap.msi to a folder on your HD (e.g. c:/temp).



    From disk 1 copy MDMUI.DLL from

    d:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/VS7debug/1033

    to

    c:/temp/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/VS7debug/1033



    Run c:/temp/bootstrap.msi and your done.
