    Why do you want a refresh rate of >70?

    Firstly, the average [human] brain only sees at +/-20 fps.
    Secondly OpenGL and D3D won't render any frames
    once you're game's framerate hits the refreshrate of the
    monitor, and a good coded game will take benifit of
    this and spent more cycles in the update/AI areas. So
    you'll only score if the refreshrate is lower ;)
