    you are not bothered about the really (imo) stupid activation procedure
    crap?
    or maybe the xxxxxx number of virus's, spyware, hackers, worms etc that want
    to attack such an easy target

    oh, and i'll say the same as the others, there is no refresh rate 'bug'
    please give info where you found out about this 'bug' and we will glady pull
    it apart for you :)

    It's known as the Nvidia refresh rate bug.
    I believe it was fixed after 45.23, it only applies to Nvidia cards,
    it's not an XP bug.
