    Which is why Saturn attempted to haul Palmerston North city council
    through the courts to get access to the city's lighting poles.

    After a 30 year undergounding program the city was not impressed, but what
    saved them was the fact that the remaining poles in underground area are
    LIGHTING standards and cannot take the extra loading of having cables
    slung off them.
