    IHUG is nearly as big as they are. Orcon, when you count all the
    constituent ISPs, can't be too far behind either.

    The only ISP that could reasonably make that kind of claim is Xtra,
    given that they're roughly double the size of the next-largest ISP.
    TelstraClear can make no such claims, as they're not even quarter as big
    again as their closest competition.
