    nothing happens. when i click it opens OE to send email.

    thanks.
    i set everything for DMA already and no difference. so i dont think thats an
    issue, but i don't know honestly. :(

    ok now i deleted / uninstalled all ide controllers in device manager and
    rebooted. it says ultra dma mode 2. i unhooked my kenwood 72x cdrom also. it
    was pio for the dvdrw i think, not sure why cus i set it for dma.

    i have my dvdrw master by itself. it used to be on with the kenwood as
    slave.

    next time i back up with good media like the TDK 4x dvd-r i will report back
    here what happens. hopefully tomorrow.

    i uninstalled the ide controllers and rebooted, came back as DMA 2 mode.
    still in dvdxcopy and so forth it burtns 2x , 35-40 minutes to burn a 4x
    ritek.

    WTF is going on? i also do have the latest firmware. this is ....ing me off
    so much.

    ok nevermind my last post. it seems better now about 20 minutes. im looking
    at it now, says about 16 minutes left and it's been going a ocuple minutes
    only. will see what happens now.

    also, why would it go to 35-40 minutes, then uninstalled the ide controllers
    might help?
