    Hi Jo

    Ok this could be due to several things.
    One of these could be that your cache and cookies are full.
    To clear this right click on internet explorer and left click on
    internet properties.
    Under the general tab click Delete cookies, Delete History, and Delete
    Files.

    Another problem could be that you have spyware. This is software that
    comes with any software that you have downloaded recently. This is
    very hard to get rid of. You can use programs such as Spybot or
    Ad-Aware (available free on download.com) to temporarily remove those.

    I do not think that Norton Antivirus is causing a problem, unless you
    have both the Windows Firewall and Norton enabled. Try only using
    Norton.
