    I use Analog-X's POW! tool, its free and works great. It works different
    that others, you tell it which window u want blocked, so after awhile you
    get a very good list of blocked pages, and it will never close any pop-up
    window you wanted!

    Popup Killer from XFX Jumpstart does exactly as you've described.
    Therefore POW! does not work "different that others", no matter what
    your toothless, terbaccy-chawin' granpappy tole yew, hee-haw...
