    The OLD-CISCO-INTERFACES-MIB file contains the MIB definition:

    locIfLineProt OBJECT-TYPE
    SYNTAX INTEGER
    ACCESS read-only
    STATUS mandatory
    DESCRIPTION
    "Boolean whether interface line protocol is
    up or not."
    ::= { lifEntry 2 }

    The complete MIB would be 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.2.1.1.2. Hope this helps
