    You have to simplify the problem, and perhaps use 2 routers. 1 for dog
    and world access to internet and 2nd with the 2.0/24 LAN that connects
    to dog/world router. But then you need to run RIP or something between
    the routers, or 1 router that has VLANs.

    I can maybe guess what you mean by /255 but you really should use either
    /8 for the subnet mask if it's 255.0.0.0 or /24 if it's 255.255.255.0 as
    in 192.168.2.0/24 , /255 is silly. But then again you left out subnet
    masks and gateways.

    Not even going to try and draw out / decode the rest, make the problem
    easier instead. Pictures.

    Check the statics / the LANs you mention. Seems confusing, as in LAN
    2.0/255 and then say static 0.2, which happens in other places as well.

    That's what they say at work and it's not this complicated.

    Simple solution is

    a VLAN for 192.168.2.0 on router
    a VLAN for 192.168.1.0 on router
    router <--> VLANs
    router --> internet.
