Go over to the eagames site. You'll find that "Need for Speed Hot
Pursuit 2" is the fourth or fifth game in the "Need for Speed" series
and that it was released for the PC last October or thereabouts, which
puts it very firmly into the 21st Century.

True. But the original, Need For Speed seems to be the problem, in that a
modern XP machine has difficulty in playing it.

Perhaps Woger could try Leisure Larry first.

I don't know who or what "Woger" might be. The original poster,
"william bell", specifically stated "Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2".

Why don't you simply get a court order that requires his ISP to cough up
his identifying info? Or is your lawyer still laughing too hard to file
    any paperwork?

    Sir.

Please reply in this newsgroup with a corrected name, particularly your real
    one.

Following your suggestions which I've seen you post many times in various
newsgroups, I chose to sue you for defamation of character.

If any one knows of this person's real name and/or contact details, please
    reply to this newsgroup.

    Looking for Roger Sheppard

    > Roger Sheppard

Thanks. This is his 'real' name, yes ? I saw a thread before that had over
100 other names used for postings.

Anyone have contact details ? I'll need an address to have papers served on
    him.

Do yourself a favor and (a) accept that USENET
is full of twits most of whom are either small children, socially so
inept that they can't get laid in a bordello, or mentally ill, and that
there is no point arguing with them, (b) develop the skin of a
rhinoceros so that their jibes don't get at you, and (c) killfile the
twits--if your newsreader doesn't have good filtering take a look at
Hamster or Hamster Classic, which have very versatile
filtering and work with any newsreader.

"Firing back" in like kind may be emotionally satisfying but it also
feeds their little egos and leads others to believe that you are on the
    same level.

The Problem is that has been stated to me here many times, you can't defame a
generic Alias, the Person has to be named and the post has to be proven that
    its from the named person.

Gee stacks of people try to forge others posts, even mine.

The Only case would be if its a Alias used by say by a well know book writers
    etc..

The funny this is he started the mud slinging and abuse and defaming me, so
