Why would companies bring jobs back? In the previous story, they found that
companies outsource to solve quality and productivity problems. A
transition involves a learning curve, especially in support and development,
and if their Indian outsourcing companies are higher quality and more
productive with a lower cost, what jobs would they expand in the US?

A nation of salespeople is just gonna suck.
