That'll be the assertion made when it happens

In any case, if the society can't make quorum at the AGMs it's a foregone
    conclusion, long term.

The last one reported on only had 17 at the first (quorum failed) and 14
at the adjourned one and squeaked in under rules not reuiring quorum at
    continuation.

How many members does ISOCNZ have now?

Yep - that was the 2002 one. Scheduling an AGM at a weekend with no
controversial business will do that :)

2003 had around 30 people present and was on a Thursday night.

ISOCNZ as a name was put down some years ago but InternetNZ has around
    200 members - approx 150 individuals and 50 organisations.
