    Hey Andy A,
    Sure, but it depends on which operating system you're using.
    If you're on Windows 2000 or XP (Pro or Home edition), you should be looking for a folder under C:\documents and settings\USERNAME\favorites. Just copy your favs into the folder and they'll show up in IE.
    If you're using an older OS, I think you should be looking under C:\Windows for the favorites folder, but it's been a while since I upgraded so...
