You don't give much of a description, but here is what I suspect: a
spammer has used your email address in his FROM: field, which is easily
forged. He may have sent 5,000 spams this way, and you are receiving the
backscatter reject notices for non-existent TO: addresses.

There is nothing you can do except wait it out. The spammer has long
since moved on to forging some other innocent victim's email address.

Your IP address has nothing to do with it.

Uhhh... there's tons of other ways to confirm if an address is valid
    or not.

Sending an e-mail and not getting a response generally isn't an
indication that an address is dead.

Good email services have spam filtering. My main ISP traps almost all
the spam aimed at me. The one or two a week that get through to me are
    trapped by my email client.

No brainer = section 8 huh?

    So tell me again what

Explain it to me real slow, so I get it. Use examples, like
. Then, I can throw out each of your examples and
prove once and for all how much of an idiot you are.

    Serious - I'm waiting.

I run a mailserver st00pid. So I'm waiting for your examples so I can
show the world how much of a dumbass you are.

    thread.
