    Partition Magic can do it or Ranish Partition Manager will I think, it's
    free. I've never used either as I just usually put in a new disk and start
    from scratch. If you could format a disk in Windows 2000 then you could put
    in a larger NTFS partition since NT will only format 2 gigs.
