IMHO, anything released by Criteriion is a keeper. Their DVDs are the
    "final word." :)

Salome - just saw it tonight. One of the best. KINO

Cobra - some may argue with me but I say it is one of Valentino's good
ones. Rudy seems to be better than most way he was, IMHO. Too bad a
great deal of his films are lost to the ages. "Young Raja" anyone? - KINO.

Chang - MILESTONE. This one will find you completely off=guard. One
of the most unique and enteraining silent films. I recommend this to
all who are new to slients. I showed this DVD to some 18 year olds
and they remember it very well. :)

HAXAN - Criterion. Don't get me started. One of the most bizarre,
frightening and unique that I have ever seen.

Metropolis - the recent restoration - KINO

The Man WHo Laughs - KINO?

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA - MILESONE VIDEO. Accept no substitute. The
film was irretrively butchered several times in its 1925-1930 history
but this DVD brings "closure" to those age-old fustrated Chaney /
    Phantom fans.

There are many more great silents that this. "Daddy Long Leggs" is
another. Browse around Netflix and you will find a lot more.
