    No.

    Only SATA 2.5/3.5, no IDE. StarTech makes a USB one which handles
    2.5/3.5 SATA/IDE, but the one I saw doesn't do eSATA, just USB.

    There's probably something somewhere that does SATA/IDE to the device
    and USB/eSATA to the computer.
