If you are connected to Small Business Server 2003, a batch file called
sbs_logon_script.bat will when the workstation logs in. This is the
file that is causing the error. This is a bug with Microsoft Windows
Small Business Server 2003 at they are trying to force you to use
Outlook for email. But some users prefer to use Outlook for Calendar
    and Outlook Express for email.

To fix the problem, the Server admin must open Server Management,
Users, and select properties of the user in question. Then go to
profile and remove "sbs_logon_script.bat" from the logon script box.

I've found no other way to prevent the message on the workstations that
have Outlook Express set at the default MAIL client.
