    This is a contradiction. NTSC cannot be 30 fps. It must be 23.976 or 29,97
    fps. (Unless your stats are just rounding off)

    You should be encoding in PAL format if you're in the UK. 25 FPS. Grab the
    DVDHelp.us TMPGEnc templates, and you'll encode to proper specs with ease.
