New Epson C86 printer. Installed and working perfectly, however, cannot
    install accompanying software.

Following the "Found New Hardware" page showing up on the screen, drivers
    for printer
successfully installed. Then, the "User Agreement" page popped up. Scrolled
to bottom of message and clicked
"Agree". Unfortunately, the "Agree/Disagree" buttons are both grayed out and
the popup box 'freezes" itself onto the
screen. Can still work all other programs on computer, however, ultimately,
still have to re-boot to get rid of "User Agreement"
screen. Thought maybe there was a problem with CD ROM/DVD ROM, however, all
    other CD's work just fine.

Tried the above software disk in 3 other computers - worked fine in all of
them. Took disk from a previously purchased
C84 Epson printer and tried it in first computer - same issue. The User
Agreement popup box appears on screen, but
cannot access the buttons, yet any and all other software works. Therefore,
it isn't the disk itself. Any ideas on what the
issue may be, are welcomed. Thanks.
