    Your IP address is presented to your ITSP, but they would not normally
    forward that on to anyone (especially if they're then sending the call
    to the PSTN)

    If they were contacting another operatator via VoIP, then it's possible
    that they might pass your IP address along, if they were trying to avoid
    bridging audio (reinvite) but that'll only work reliably with no NAT in
    the way.

    Easy to do on a PBX if you get incoming caller ID - and some phones have
    a blacklist facility too...
