Doomed to remain bogged down in lawsuits due fundamentally to corporate greed. Rather like RISCOS <http://osnews.com/story/20632/RISCOS_Ltd_Might_Take_Legal_Action_Against_RISC_OS_Open_Ltd>.

It seems like anything to do with the "Amiga" name is jinxed; any company that touches any of it is fated to go bankrupt.

Why? Because they insist in thinking that the software is worth something, when it's not. Why not just open-source the thing, and be done with it? But no, it's precious "intellectual property" that they must safeguard, even at the cost of destroying their businesses.

    Stupid, stupid, stupid.
