If I use RAID card in PCI slot with two SATA150 drives-

what kind of data rate I'm getting? PCI bus is 33MHz, does this limit my
    data transfer rate to 33MB/s?

    Thanks

Nope. Do consider that PCI is 32 bits wide (there's also a PCI-64).
    So standard PCI can do (33 million * 32/8) or 132,000,000 bytes/second.

PCI-64, being 66MHz AND 64 bit, can do 4x that, or right at
    500,000,000 bytes/second.
