In Win XP Power Profiles, what's the difference between Max Battery and
Maximum Battery QuickSet? "QuickSet" returns 0 results in Start>Help &
Support. Does this invoke the SpeedStep features of the processor whereas
Max Battery doesn't, or is it something different?

Quickset is, IIRC, a Dell utility. So Windows "help & support" isn't likely
to be much help. But the computer manual should be of assistance, don't you
    think?

Well that's odd, you forgot to mention the PC make. Quickset is a Dell
thing. As it's not a MS product MS Help, well won't.
