Windows XP 32bit vs 64bit. Installed memory is 8GB. AMD Phenom CPU. All
    other things equal.

Will there be any advantage in using XP 64bit vs XP 32bit? I know 64bit
will see and use the extra 4GB of memory but since the storage unit is
doubled anyway, will there be any difference in effective memory
    capacity?

Will there be any performance differences using standard, mostly 32bit,
    common, general business software?

    Thanks for any info.
