Question about Traffic Management

I have two networks, one data and the other a security cam feed. I
want to make sure that the data network gets precedence/priority over
the security cam traffic. I attempted to use an extended ACL and gave
one network a critical precedence and the other network a routine.
However, when I look at my show ip access-lists, the higher priority
traffic doesn't seem to be hitting my ACL. Yet, the traffic is being
    passed.

Can someone please help me? Is there any easier way to do this?
    Thanks
