Proof after you pass?

Once I pass my MCDST exams and then go onto MCSA exams and pass those, what
kind of proof do you get (from microsoft?) to show employers that you are
indeed certified? And is there a way for them to verify that you are
certified? I want to make sure they know for sure I am certified. I could
imagine some people saying they are certified when they are not, if no
    verification system exisits. Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Phil

Microsoft maintain a site for anyone you choose to validate your
certification. An employer can also request that you login and print your
    transcript form microsoft site.
