I developed some pictures where there is some noticable vignetting. I
was wondering if there are any arithmatic or effects filters (on any
type of software) that allow the vignetting to be reduced?

    Thanks in advance!

Anything with layers (Photoshop, Gimp, etc. can do this).
Use a correction layer and a radial gradient.
I use Photoshop and use curves to fine-tune the mask.
