Every time I try to access a page that requires a user/pass it will not
load. It gives me the "This page cannot be displayed message". Everything
    else seems fine.

This is only on my PC. I have tried a couple others and have been able to
    gain access.

Just realized I have access to my ebay account as well as a sports pool. It
seem to be banking that I'm having problems accessing.

have the latest version of IE, Netscape or Opera.
