Here is my very frustrating story.

I am using Outlook 2003 for email. Since my kids have been on my PC I get
    the following problem:

I will get an email with a link in the body of the email. When I click on
the link, instead of opening IE to view the web site, I get a dialog box
asking me where in my documents I would like to save the file. ??????

I am not sure if this is a Windows issue or Outlook issue.

Your help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
