problem playing movies

    Can anyone help me... this error seems to prevent me playing mpegs/avis

    "MPL Loader
    The DLL "cpuinf32.dll" can not be loaded. OS reports:
    The specific module could not be found."

    Can anyone explain why this is happening & how do i fix it?
