    I have a few internal hosts 10.10.10.2-5 that are all static natted have
    public ips

    How do I allow my internal hosts to communicate with each other by DNS name
    without adding an internal DNS server?

    Add the relevant entries to your hosts file on each machine.

    Or configure DNS doctoring via the alias command (not recommended) or via
    the "dns" keyword in the static and "fixup protocol dns".
