I'm buying a new computer and for $20 more the power supply increses from
275 - 305 (and three more ports are available). How much difference does
    the increased wattage make?

    Thanks

For $20 I'd go for the 305 with the extra plugs. It's not much of a
difference, but for $20 I suppose it's worth it.
