    Hi,

I've Dell Inspiron Laptop 640M/E1405 (512MB RAM, Vista Home Basic 32Bit & Duo Processor T2250) purchased in month of March, 2007. From first day, I found My system is slow, application like Ms-Word take more time to open. If I'm playing music and working as well, it takes more time to respond and application open more slowly. Dell team inspected my system remotly and told that system is consuming more memory; increasing RAM may solve it but Microsoft recommanded 512MB RAM. What could be the reason?

If I upgrade RAM to 256/512MB, will it work faster? If you've any concern let me know.
